2023 October - start of half-century journaling

Last week was the performance review week. I got the same review level as last year. But this last review phase/year, I am not happy with myself. I liked the new tasks, so many things to pick. But I was overall stressed and too stoned to really spend time on important stuff. I didn't go all the way to study outside work. One side I was not happy it feel like I didn't get enough right support, I was looking for the team I can play a role in. But, I felt I didn't get the right support immediately from D. All those factory defects coming in, consuming big chunk of my time, but going nowhere. I didn't ask enough questions, and I didn't say no a lot. I got stuck many many times. At the end of it, among all the people who were running, I looked like a slow slow walker. I hated it. I was MVP for the team for more than ten years (maybe less, since I was burned out in last two years and stayed frozen for a while). And now I am LVP.

This turned in more stress which I managed poorly.

At the time of turning to half-century old, let's be honest. And let's do something about it.

There is nothing to lose, since I am already LVP.

A few things to do:

1) with duolingo streak going, let's start journaling streak.

2) yes, start journaling

3) a few 5Ks per week
